ars_GetListVUI(ctrl, schema, changedSince=0)

Retrieve a list of VUI id's that are associated with a given schema.
On success
Returns an array.
On failure
Returns undef.

Example: 

	(@a = ars_GetListVUI($ctrl, "HD:HelpDesk")) || 
		die "$ars_errstr";
ars_GetListVUI was introduced in version 1.5 of ARSperl
